We are currently looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cybersecurity initiatives across a complex operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with business and security objectives. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors throughout the full project lifecycle. Candidates with experience in Operational Technology (OT), Critical Infrastructure or Transportation environments are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of cybersecurity projects from initiation through to completion. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers and project documentation. • Coordinate internal stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, operational teams and external vendors. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans. • Ensure project deliverables align with organisational cybersecurity policies, governance and compliance requirements. • Manage project scope, dependencies and change requests. • Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior stakeholders. • Facilitate project meetings, workshops and governance sessions. • Support continuous improvement initiatives across cybersecurity programmes. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in Project Management. • Proven experience delivering cybersecurity projects. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and delivery methodologies. Preferred Experience • Experience working within Operational Technology (OT) or Critical Infrastructure environments. • Previous experience within transportation, rail, metro, aviation, utilities, energy or industrial sectors. • Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA or similar operational environments. • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF or IEC 62443. • PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification is advantageous.
