Responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and leading the successful implementation of solutions that enhance the organizational security posture and operational control capabilities KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Adhere to RTA's information security policies and procedures, while maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all technical systems and data# Support audits, security assessments, and incident response planning as needed# Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by the direct manager# Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, such as ISR, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and organizational governance# Prepare, develop, and monitor detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and communication plans# Effectively manage project change and mitigate risks# Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure quality and on-time delivery# Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process improvements and lessons learned from completed projects# prepare periodic reports and present project status to stakeholders and senior management# Lead the overall planning and implementation of security and monitoring projects, such as SIEM, threat detection systems, intrusion prevention systems, endpoint security, and security operations center upgrades# Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, infrastructure and network teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and deliverables Qualifications Technical Competencies# Project management . Cybersecurity Frameworks. SIEM Tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel). Threat & Vulnerability Management. Incident Response Coordination . Network Security Concepts . ITIL & Service Management. Cloud Security (AWS/Azure). Security Monitoring & ReportingEducation# Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer applications. (MCA)/Computer Science and Information Technology or equivalent from an accredited university. Certification: PMP, ITIL, Six Sigma. Bachelor's: 8 years of experience in the field.
