We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to join our client's transformation programme focused on delivering customer experience (CX) technology initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of end-to-end IT projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to implement solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business value. This role requires a strong delivery-focused project manager with excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing complex technology programmes. Key Responsibilities • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and handover. • Lead the successful delivery of IT projects focused on customer experience and digital transformation. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance. • Work closely with business, technology, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and provide regular project updates to senior leadership. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. • Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities. • Focus on delivering solutions that improve customer journeys and create tangible business value. Requirements • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering technology transformation projects. • Experience managing Customer Experience (CX), CRM, digital, or customer-facing technology initiatives. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. • Commercially aware with a strong focus on business outcomes and value delivery. • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies This is a 12-month contract role based in Dubai.
