About the Job As a Spa receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all Spa-related tasks at the reception are carried out efficiently and promptly. About You • Diploma / Degree in hospitality with previous work experience within a hotel. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Strong computer software proficiency. • Able to handle cash and credit card transactions. • Ability to maintain calm, polite, and patient in stressful situations.
