A confidential Abu Dhabi based investment and development group of companies is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the organisation’s human capital strategy, people operations, and HR governance across multiple business units. This role is critical to ensuring strong organisational culture, effective talent management, compliant HR operations, and alignment between HR strategy and business objectives. The HR Director will oversee recruitment, performance management, compensation, employee relations, policy development, and HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining high standards of professionalism, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities • Lead the design and execution of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals and growth plans. • Oversee recruitment planning, senior‑level hiring, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development. • Implement and enhance performance systems, KPIs, appraisal cycles, and competency frameworks. • Manage salary structures, benchmarking, rewards programs, and annual compensation reviews. • Ensure fair, consistent, and legally compliant handling of employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on organisational design, culture, and people decisions. • Oversee learning programs, leadership development, and capability‑building initiatives. • Manage HRIS systems, dashboards, analytics, and workforce reporting. • Drive engagement, communication, and culture‑building initiatives across the group. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Strong experience in HR strategy, organisational development, talent management, and HR governance. • Deep understanding of UAE labour law, regulatory requirements, and HR compliance. • Proven experience managing HR operations across multi‑entity or group structures. • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
