WE ARE HIRING: QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS) We are looking for an experienced and qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our Engineering Consultancy Team in Dubai, UAE. Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) Industry: Engineering / Construction Consultancy Location: Dubai, UAE REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor. • Experience in construction or engineering consultancy projects. • Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement of works. • Experience in reviewing contracts, variations, payment applications, and interim payment certificates. • Knowledge of tendering, procurement, cost control, and project financial management. • Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and construction contract administration is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Revit, AutoCad and quantity surveying software. • • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
