Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure/Civil) Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A leading Abu Dhabi-based smart agriculture and farm infrastructure company specializing in large-scale agricultural project development across the region. Job Description: • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender evaluations, and project cost reports for infrastructure and civil engineering projects. • Manage contract administration, including variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and ensure compliance with FIDIC principles and contractual requirements. • Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures while implementing effective cost control measures and supporting accurate cost forecasting. • Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure accurate quantity measurements, commercial reporting, and successful project delivery. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure, utilities, civil engineering, or construction projects. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQ preparation, tendering, cost estimation, contract administration, variations, claims, valuations, final accounts, and cost control. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying/commercial management software. • UAE experience in infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, pipelines, irrigation, and utilities, is highly preferred; immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to one month are preferred.
