Role Description Business Development Manager is expected to drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and managing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market reach. To combine strategic planning, sales, and relationship management to achieve company goals. Requirements: • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory) • Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory) • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in the UAE • Prior experience in the real estate, architecture, interior design, construction, architectural visualization, or architectural scale model industry • Strong network with developers, architects, consultants, design firms, and real estate companies • Proven ability to generate leads, develop client relationships, and secure new business • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field preferred Key Responsibilities: • Develop and expand business opportunities across the UAE real estate and design sectors • Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders • Identify upcoming projects and convert opportunities into sales • Conduct client presentations and proposal discussions • Negotiate commercial terms and close contracts • Achieve revenue and growth targets • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and provide regular sales forecasts • Preferred Industry Background: Candidates with experience working for: • Real estate developers • Architectural firms • Interior design companies • Construction and engineering consultancies • Architectural visualization studios • Scale model manufacturing companies • Building materials and luxury fit-out companies Location: Dubai, UAE Languages: Arabic & English Driving Licence: UAE Driving Licence Required This profile would be ideal for a company like Dawn Global, where the candidate can leverage relationships with developers, architects, and consultants to generate scale model and visualization business.
