Human Resources Director

HR Director | High-Growth Consumer Brand Lean Six Search is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer business to appoint an experienced HR Director to support the next phase of its global expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial organisation where you'll play a key role in shaping the people strategy while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day operation of the HR function. We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building scalable processes and can introduce global HR best practices as the business continues to grow internationally. Key Responsibilities • Lead the global HR function across multiple international locations. • Develop and implement HR strategies that support continued business growth. • Build and enhance HR policies, processes and frameworks that are scalable and fit for purpose. • Partner with senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning and talent strategy. • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee relations and compensation & benefits. • Foster a high-performance culture while maintaining a strong employee experience. • Ensure compliance with employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters. About You • Must be UAE based. • Proven experience in a senior, broad HR leadership role. • Strong generalist HR background with exposure across the full employee lifecycle. • Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on. • Experience within a high-growth, fast-paced or entrepreneurial business environment. • Demonstrated success implementing HR processes, policies and global best practices. • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. • International or multi-country HR experience is highly desirable.
