Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement business development strategies to support organizational growth. • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, government entities, and key stakeholders. • Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and community engagement. • Support initiatives that increase awareness and expand the center's reach. • Manage business proposals, presentations, and strategic partnership activities. • Represent the Center at meetings, networking events, and industry forums. • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and develop new opportunities. • Achieve measurable business development and partnership goals. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Healthcare Management, or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Development Manager or similar managerial role. • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). • Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, or stakeholder management. • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or social impact sectors is an advantage. • Excellent organizational and project management skills. • Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results. • UAE experience and an established network with government entities, corporate partners, or community organizations are preferred.
