HR Executive / Human Resources OfficerPosition Overview Department: Human Resources / People Operations / Corporate Services Employment Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level Professional Focus Areas: Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Talent Management The HR Executive / Human Resources Officer supports the organization's people strategy by managing recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement initiatives. This role ensures smooth HR processes, maintains compliance with employment policies, and helps create a positive, productive, and people-focused workplace.
