Position Overview The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving system-wide marketing execution across the franchise network, with a clear focus on unit-level sales growth, franchisee adoption, and operational alignment. This role translates brand strategy into practical, revenue-driving marketing programs that work at the store level within a fast-paced QSR environment. The Marketing Manager partners closely with executive leadership, operations, supply chain, and franchisees to ensure campaigns are scalable, operationally feasible, and performance focused. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for a marketing professional who understands franchise systems, unit economics, and the realities of multi-location operations. Core Responsibilities Franchise System Marketing • Lead national marketing rollouts across franchise locations • Develop clear monthly marketing calendars and promotional plans • Provide franchise-ready toolkits, assets, and execution guides • Ensure marketing initiatives are easy to adopt at store level • Serve as a key marketing contact for franchisees • Gather field feedback and translate insights into actionable improvements • Marketing must work in real operational environments — not just on paper. QSR Promotions, LTOs & Product Launches • Plan and execute monthly promotions and limited-time offers (LTOs) • Coordinate product launches and menu updates • Support pricing, bundling, and traffic-driving initiatives • Align promotions with supply chain readiness and operational capacity • Ensure in-store, digital, and local marketing alignment • All initiatives must be operationally feasible, margin-conscious, and franchise-friendly. Local Store Marketing (LSM) Support • Provide frameworks and tools for local store marketing execution • Support grand openings and new franchise launches • Develop templates for community partnerships and grassroots marketing • Guide franchisees on budget allocation and promotional participation • This role strengthens unit-level engagement while maintaining brand consistency. Campaign Execution & Channel Coordination • Coordinate digital, in-store, and promotional assets • Oversee marketing asset production and vendor coordination • Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints • Support paid media coordination (as applicable) • Ensure campaigns launch on time with clear communication • Execution discipline is critical in a multi-unit QSR environment. Budget Tracking & Financial Discipline • Track marketing spend against allocated budgets • Support prioritization of initiatives based on sales impact • Work with finance to reconcile campaign expenses • Ensure efficient and responsible use of marketing resources • Marketing investment must demonstrate measurable return. Cross-Functional Alignment • Partner closely with Operations to ensure seamless rollout • Coordinate with Supply Chain on product readiness and inventory planning • Work with Finance to assess promotional impact and margin performance • Support Franchise Development with marketing materials and growth initiatives • Marketing must integrate smoothly into daily store operations.
