Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Lempriere Wells is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This role provides administrative and executive support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel. The Executive Assistant will organize and maintain documentation, support the team, and ensure effective communication across internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, managing confidential information, and proactively addressing operational needs to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities. The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization. • Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and related financial or administrative tracking and documentation. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels. • Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, including document management, office coordination, and task prioritization. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, administration, or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, calendar tools) and strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information and a high level of reliability and integrity. • Prior experience supporting executives in financial services, investment banking, or a similarly demanding environment is an advantage.
