IT Business Analyst (Wealth Products)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: 10+ Years Role Overview We are looking for highly experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams in delivering enterprise Wealth Management solutions. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, managing product backlogs, supporting Agile delivery, and ensuring successful implementation of banking and wealth platforms. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Maintain and prioritize Agile product backlogs. • Prepare process flows, interface specifications, and business documentation. Delivery Support • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Vendor teams. • Support SIT, UAT, and change management activities. • Ensure traceability from requirements through implementation. • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs. Stakeholder Management • Communicate effectively across business and technical teams. • Drive requirement clarity throughout the project lifecycle. • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
