About the Role We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team and take charge of end-to-end technical hiring. In this role, you’ll focus on attracting and securing top-tier IT talent — from backend engineers and DevOps specialists to designers and analysts. You’ll be the go-to person for building a strong pipeline of IT professionals and ensuring only the most qualified candidates move forward. What You’ll Do • Proactively headhunt and source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and other networks • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — job posting, screening, interviews, and feedback • Conduct in-depth technical screening to assess skills in programming languages, frameworks, cloud/DevOps, and related tools • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and interview processes • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future openings • Handle salary negotiations and final offer management • Track metrics to improve efficiency and time-to-hire What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience as an IT recruiter (in-house or agency) • Proven success in hiring technical roles (e.g., Backend/Frontend Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud Engineers) • Strong negotiation skills and a strategic approach to hiring • Skilled in headhunting in competitive IT markets • Experience with strict screening methods - you know how to identify red flags early • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Nice to Have • Experience hiring in international or multicultural environments • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics • Knowledge of software development cycles, cloud platforms (AWS), and IT trends Why Join Us? • Work with a high-performing and passionate team • Have real influence on hiring strategy and company growth • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses • Flexible working hours and remote-friendly culture Show more Show less
