We have an established brand, a growing network across the technology industry and a community of 1,000+ technical professionals. Now, we're launching our recruitment division. We're looking for the person to build it. The Opportunity This isn't a role where you inherit someone else's desk, client list or way of working. You will take ownership of building CoderCo's specialist technology recruitment division from day one. This is a full 360 agency recruitment role. You will identify target companies, win new clients, secure terms of business, bring in vacancies and manage the full recruitment process through to successful placement. You will have the autonomy to shape the market, business development strategy, tools and processes. As the division grows, you will have the opportunity to build a team around you and take the lead on running it. What You'll Do • Build a specialist technology recruitment desk from scratch • Identify and win new recruitment clients • Proactively approach target companies • Build relationships with CTOs, Heads of Engineering and senior hiring stakeholders • Secure terms of business (with the support of our Head of Ops) and bring in new vacancies • Take technical job briefs and advise clients on the market • Put forward the relevant candidates from our network • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement • Build long-term client accounts and repeat business • Shape the recruitment tools, processes and commercial strategy • Build and lead a recruitment team as the division grows Who We're Looking For • 4+ years of agency technology recruitment experience • Proven experience running a full 360 recruitment desk • A strong track record of winning new clients and bringing in vacancies • Experience making successful technology placements • Strong outbound business development experience across phone, LinkedIn and email • Confident cold calling and opening new client relationships • Commercial, resilient and genuinely driven to build from zero • Strong ATS and CRM discipline Experience across DevOps, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, SRE or Cyber Security is highly desirable. You must have personally won recruitment business, brought in vacancies and made placements.
