Job Title Project Manager Job Scope The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from the post-sales phase to completion through coordinating the needed resources, allocating budgets and measuring performance and deliverables. Main Duties And Responsibilities Technical and Operations • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects including but not limited to tracking milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and addressing potential issues or delays that may arise during the project lifecycle • Oversee the handling of all project-related documentation while maintaining accurate records, updating project files and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately • Visit project sites regularly to oversee operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations and liaise with on-site teams to address any project-specific challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineers, Contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution • Foster effective communication and teamwork among team members to achieve project objectives efficiently • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints and work closely with the Finance Department to manage project expenses effectively • Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies • Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders • Play a pivotal role in identifying areas for process improvement within the project management framework and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality Talent Development • Lead and coach the team cultivating empowerment and ownership • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans Position Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or any other related field Experience At least 7 years of relevant experience Show more Show less
