Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager | TASC Outsourcing | UAE & Dubai (2 Openings) TASC Outsourcing is hiring for 2 hunter-mindset sales roles across our UAE operations — TASC Professional & Enterprise and AIQU. Both are pure new-business roles: no farming, no account management. Your job is to win new clients and grow revenue. ROLE 1: Sales Manager — TASC Professional & Enterprise (UAE) Own new client acquisition across UAE/GCC staffing and workforce solutions. Build pipeline, close deals, and hand off cleanly to delivery teams. - 5-7 years hunter-role experience in staffing/recruitment/workforce solutions (mandatory) - Proven new-logo track record in UAE/GCC B2B markets - Reports to AVP Professional & Enterprise ROLE 2: Sales Manager / Sr. Sales Manager — AIQU (Dubai) Own a vertical. Build relationships with CHROs, CIOs, CTOs, and TA heads at enterprise and mid-market accounts. Shape AIQU's go-to-market playbook as you grow it. - 5-7 years hunter-role experience in staffing/workforce solutions (mandatory) - Proven new-client acquisition in a competitive B2B environment - Reports to AVP/VP Sales - Senior track available for the right candidate What both roles need: - Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills at the executive level - CRM discipline (Salesforce/HubSpot/MS Dynamics or similar) - Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field - A genuine hunter, not a farmer TASC has built teams for 350+ businesses across the GCC over the past decade, with 7,000+ associates across 27 countries.
