Senior Construction Manager Civil

At ASGC, we are looking for an exceptional Senior Construction Manager – Civil to lead the delivery of landmark high-rise developments across the UAE. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex high-rise residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects from inception through final handover. Key Responsibilities ✔ Lead all phases of high-rise construction, from mobilization and substructure to superstructure, architectural finishes, testing, commissioning, and handover. ✔ Manage advanced construction methodologies, including deep basements, post-tension systems, jump-form/climbing-form systems, and façade installation. ✔ Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ✔ Lead multidisciplinary project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client stakeholders. ✔ Drive floor-cycle performance, tower-crane utilization, vertical logistics, manpower productivity, and resource optimization. ✔ Oversee structural, architectural, façade, MEP interface, and premium finishing works. ✔ Ensure full compliance with HSE, QA/QC, contractual requirements, and UAE authority regulations. ✔ Proactively manage construction risks, technical challenges, stakeholder coordination, and project execution. Requirements ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. ✅ 20+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on high-rise building projects. ✅ Proven experience with a Tier-1 main contractor in the UAE/GCC. ✅ Successful delivery of 25+ storey high-rise developments. ✅ Strong background in residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects. ✅ Extensive knowledge of high-rise structural systems, formwork cycles, façade coordination, MEP interfaces, project controls, and construction planning. ✅ Outstanding leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills. ✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
