Business Development Manager

PrimeBox is a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai. We offer self-storage, moving & packing and business fulfilment services — and we're expanding. We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to bring in new clients and open up new markets across the UAE. What You'll Be Doing • Proactively hunting and acquiring new clients across B2C and B2B segments (individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, logistics) • Identifying and developing new verticals and partnership channels • Leading negotiations and closing deals end-to-end • Working warm inbound leads as an additional sales stream • Coordinating the client manager: task assignment and account oversight • Managing the pipeline and reporting in CRM What We're Looking For • 2+ years in business development or active B2B/B2C sales • Proven track record of independently sourcing clients — not just handling inbound • Strong negotiator with the ability to build lasting relationships • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage • Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement • Own car and UAE driving licence (preferred) Show more Show less
