Role Description The Group Product Manager at Vivid Pulse will lead a portfolio of products, setting vision and strategy while driving execution across cross-functional teams. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves defining product roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and aligning stakeholders around key outcomes. Daily responsibilities include conducting market and user research, analyzing product performance, overseeing end-to-end product development, and ensuring timely launches. The Group Product Manager will mentor and guide product managers, coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and maintain a strong focus on customer needs and business impact. This role also requires clear communication of product plans, metrics, and results to senior leadership and partner organizations. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Product Management and Product Development skills, including experience managing a portfolio of products. • Candidates should have at least 5 to 10 years of work experience. • Candidates should possess expertise in Product Strategy, with the ability to define vision, roadmap, and go-to-market plans. • Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, set metrics, and drive data-informed decisions. • Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring product managers and collaborating across functions. • Relevant experience in tech, SaaS, or digital platforms; familiarity with recruitment, talent, or marketplace products is beneficial. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage. • Prior experience in a senior product role, ideally as a Group Product Manager or Lead Product Manager, in a high-growth environment.
