Product ManagerRole Description We are seeking a strategic, customer-focused, and innovative Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, development, and lifecycle management of products that deliver exceptional value to customers and achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products from concept to launch and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals; conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and growth opportunities; gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and business teams; creating detailed product requirement documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications; working closely with engineering, UX/UI design, quality assurance, data analytics, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle; managing product backlogs and prioritizing initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility; leading Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, product reviews, and release planning; monitoring product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), customer feedback, and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization; defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and sales teams; evaluating business cases, product investments, and feature enhancements using data-driven decision-making; managing product releases while ensuring quality, scalability, security, and compliance standards are met; identifying risks, dependencies, and resource requirements across multiple initiatives; preparing executive reports, presentations, and product performance updates for stakeholders; and fostering a customer-centric product culture focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes. The Product Manager is expected to combine strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, technical understanding, and strong leadership skills to deliver products that solve real customer problems and generate sustainable business value. Success in this role requires excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline. • Strong understanding of product management principles, product lifecycle management, and customer-centric product development. • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking, and other product development methodologies. • Experience using product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions. • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar platforms. • Understanding of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), customer journey mapping, and usability principles. • Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and go-to-market planning. • Ability to define product requirements, prioritize features, and balance customer needs with business objectives. • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Familiarity with cloud technologies, APIs, SaaS platforms, AI-powered products, or enterprise software solutions is advantageous. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management software applications. • Professional certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), Pragmatic Institute Certifications, PMI certifications, or equivalent are considered advantageous but are not mandatory. • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about emerging technologies, artificial intelligence, customer behavior, market trends, and product management best practices. • Show more Show less
