As we scale, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Cashier to ensure seamless front-line financial operations at our Dubai facility. Role & Responsibilities • Process customer payments accurately via cash, credit/debit cards, and digital wallets with zero tolerance for discrepancy. • Reconcile daily cash drawer, generate end-of-day reports, and flag variances for immediate resolution. • Issue receipts, manage returns/exchanges per policy, and maintain transaction logs for audit readiness. • Support inventory tracking by scanning items, updating stock levels, and alerting supervisors to discrepancies. • Deliver exceptional customer service—resolve queries, escalate issues, and ensure smooth checkout flow during peak hours. • Adhere strictly to UAE financial regulations, anti-money laundering guidelines, and company cash-handling protocols.
