Your Role You are one of the last touchpoints of the Le Café LPM experience - processing transactions with full accuracy while making every guest feel genuinely looked after. Your Profile Previous Experience In Accounts Is Essential. Tech-savvy and comfortable with systems and digital tools. English is a must. French, Arabic, or another language, even better. Your Impacts Finance: You process payments, refunds, deposits, no-show penalty payment, and end-of-day reconciliation with 100% accuracy - handling cash, card, and digital payments in full compliance with company standards and UAE regulations. Service Operations: You keep the counter running smoothly - managing queues, directing guests, and making sure the station is always clean, organised, and ready. Collaborate with Floor Team: You work hand in hand with the service team - communicating clearly, monitoring order flow, and making sure every guest journey from arrival to exit feels seamless.
