About the Role We are looking for an Architectural Construction Manager with a keen eye for design execution and deep technical construction knowledge. In this role, you will oversee the transition from architectural drawings to physical reality on site. You will ensure that structural elements perfectly align with architectural layouts and that all interior fit-outs, façade treatments, and landscape details are executed flawlessly while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities • Manage all architectural construction activities from project start to completion. • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. • Ensure architectural drawings and design intent are accurately executed on site. • Supervise interior fit-outs, façade works, architectural finishes, and landscape construction. • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methodologies. • Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedules. • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues. • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes, and HSE requirements. • Lead snagging, de-snagging, and project handover activities. • Prepare progress reports and coordinate with project stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing works, façade systems, and construction methodologies. • Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (Revit, BIM, or Primavera P6 is an advantage). • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
