Senior Technical Architect

If you have strong technical expertise in architectural coordination and contracting experience, we would love to hear from you *****Must have High-rise building experience ***** Key Responsibilities • Provide technical architectural support across all project stages • Review and coordinate IFC, TQ, PTC, and contract documents • Manage subcontractors' shop drawings and material submittals • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and Green Building code • Coordinate between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines • Resolve design and technical issues prior to construction • Lead and manage architects, engineers, and draftsmen • Coordinate engineering works with all subcontractors • Maintain shop drawing registers and material submittal log • Support QS / Commercial teams with design changes and variations • Ensure strong contractual compliance and technical coordination Requirements • Minimum 8 years of contracting experience • UAE experience is mandatory • Strong knowledge of UAE codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and Green Building requirements • Proven experience in shop drawings and material submittals • Strong coordination and contractual management skills • Proficiency in AutoCAD • Knowledge of BIM / Revit is required Show more Show less
