We are looking for an accomplished and innovative Cluster Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations across Dukes The Palm, Dubai and NH Collection Dubai The Palm. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary direction of a diverse portfolio of restaurants and bars while delivering exceptional guest experiences across two renowned hospitality brands. About the Role- Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, you will lead all kitchen operations across both properties, driving culinary excellence, innovation, profitability, and team development. Our culinary portfolio includes vibrant all-day dining restaurants, specialty dining concepts, Mediterranean flavors, rooftop and lounge experiences, bars, poolside dining, in-room dining, banqueting and catering operations, offering an exciting platform for a passionate culinary leader. Key Responsibilities • Lead and inspire the culinary teams across both hotels. • Drive innovation while maintaining the identity and quality standards of each dining concept. • Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. • Optimise food costs, productivity, and operational performance. • Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. • Develop and mentor culinary talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. What We're Looking For- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Cluster Executive Chef within an upscale or luxury hotel environment. • Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurants and high-volume culinary operations. • Strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for culinary innovation. • Experience with international hotel brands is an advantage.
