We are hiring a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across construction, contracting, fit-out, MEP, civil works, facilities management, and project-based requirements. This role is suited to a commercially strong procurement professional with solid UAE construction market experience, strong tendering capability, and the ability to work closely with project, technical, commercial, legal, and supply chain stakeholders. Procurement Strategy & Sourcing • Lead procurement activities across construction, fit-out, MEP, civil works, and facility • management projects • Develop sourcing strategies aligned to project timelines, cost targets, and business objectives • Identify, evaluate, and onboard contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers • Maintain and continuously enhance a robust and compliant vendor database • Monitor market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supply risks to inform procurement decisions Tendering & Contracting • Lead end-to-end tendering processes including RFQs, RFPs, and competitive bids • Manage tender clarifications, site visits, and stakeholder coordination • Evaluate technical and commercial submissions and prepare recommendation reports • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations • Oversee contract drafting, award, and administration in collaboration with legal and project • Teams Project Procurement & Delivery • Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, FF&E, MEP equipment, and specialised • project requirements • Align procurement plans with project schedules and milestones • Monitor supplier and contractor performance to ensure delivery commitments are met • Resolve procurement-related challenges impacting project execution Commercial Management & Cost Optimisation • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and spend reviews to optimise procurement outcomes • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving initiatives • Support budget planning, forecasting, and expenditure tracking • • Evaluate variation orders, claims, and commercial risks Supplier Relationship & Governance • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors • Drive supplier performance management, including KPIs, service levels, and compliance • Manage supplier onboarding, prequalification, and documentation requirements • Resolve supplier disputes and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory obligations Value Creation • Deliver measurable cost savings and enhanced procurement efficiency • Improve supplier performance, reliability, and contract compliance • Strengthen procurement governance, transparency, and risk management • Enable timely and successful project delivery through proactive procurement planning • Drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategies and market intelligence Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply • Chain, or related field • Professional certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) preferred • 5–8 years’ experience in procurement within construction, contracting, or fit-out environments • Proven expertise in tendering, contract negotiation, and commercial management • Strong knowledge of UAE construction market and supplier landscape Show more Show less
