Construction Manager We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction activities for large-scale EPC projects in the oil & gas sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and within budget. Who We are? Your Role As a Construction Manager, you will: • Lead and oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. • Coordinate with Project Directors, engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure effective project execution. • Manage daily site operations, monitor progress, and implement solutions to mitigate project risks and delays. • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, construction plans, industry standards, and company procedures. • Oversee resource allocation, cost control, productivity, and quality performance. • Conduct site inspections, audits, and regular progress reporting to stakeholders. • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to site teams to drive high-performance project delivery. What We’re Looking For • Experience: Minimum of 12 years in project management within the oil and gas industry or related sectors, with at least 3 years in a project level leadership role managing large, multidisciplinary projects. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil or Mechanical) • Qualifications: Strong leadership and people management abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in construction management practices, codes, and standards, with a strong understanding of HSE regulations. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, manage large-scale construction projects, and utilize project management and construction management tools effectively.
