Head – Projects & Facilities Confidential Executive Search Our client is seeking an experienced Head – Projects & Facilities to lead a strategically important function within a complex, multi-site organization. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of capital projects and facilities while driving operational excellence, governance, and long-term infrastructure strategy across a complex business environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of major projects from concept through completion. • Develop and implement long-term Projects & Facilities strategies aligned with business objectives. • Oversee project delivery, budgets, timelines, quality, risk management, and compliance. • Ensure efficient management of facilities, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle, and service delivery. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, sustainability, and cost optimization. • Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners. • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing Projects & Facilities team. About You We're looking for a strategic leader who combines strong commercial acumen with extensive experience delivering complex projects and managing large operational assets. You will bring: • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within Projects, Construction, Development and/or Facilities Management. • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site capital projects. • Strong expertise in project governance, budgeting, contract management, procurement, and vendor performance. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within complex organizations. • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills. • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification is advantageous. Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar are considered a plus. Why This Opportunity?
