About the Job: • Define, develop, and lead the overall project management strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. • Act as the senior escalation point for project risks, resource challenges, and delivery issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuity. • Oversee project budgets, monitor cost performance, approve financial reports, and drive cost optimization initiatives. • Lead governance of change requests, ensuring clear communication of schedule and budget impacts, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. • Provide strategic direction on contractor management, procurement strategies, resource allocation, and acceleration plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. • Collaborate closely with procurement, contracts, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution and informed decision-making. • Oversee project performance reporting and data analysis to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement. • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment. About you: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (or related field) with PMP certification • 15-2 years of experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects (developer experience preferred) • Strong expertise in project and program delivery, strategic planning, and execution • In-depth knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards • Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, vendors, and complex project lifecycles end-to-end • Advanced proficiency in project tools (Primavera preferred) and reporting platforms including Power BI and MS Office • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills • Strong focus on governance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence • Agile mindset with the ability to drive innovation and adapt to evolving business needs.
