Head of Project Management

Job Title: Head of Capital Projects Section (UAE-N) Job Purpose To lead and manage all capital and construction projects of the Authority from the planning stage through to delivery, ensuring execution of projects within the specified time and budget, with high quality, and in alignment with the Authority’s strategic objectives, through planning, supervision, process and policy development, and coordination with relevant entities. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Prepare and follow up the implementation of the annual operational plan for the section, including defining projects and initiatives, setting performance indicators and targets, and estimating budgets. • Full supervision of the implementation of capital projects in accordance with approved time, financial, and technical standards, and ensuring contractors’ compliance with the scope of work. • Develop and apply standard project management processes and procedures (planning, scheduling, cost analysis, report preparation). • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality, and recommend required improvements in case of deviation from the plan. • Follow up on the performance of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants at project sites, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
