Learn more: www.shifra-me.com Position: Regional Marketing Manager (MEA) We are seeking a proactive and creative Regional Marketing Manager to lead and expand our marketing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. The ideal candidate has strong B2B marketing experience in the IT/cybersecurity industry, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to build impactful marketing programs with vendors and channel partners. This role reports directly to Marketing Director and works closely with cross-functional teams to drive regional marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Partner with Sales and Vendor Marketing teams to develop annual and quarterly regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives and revenue targets. • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across vendor portfolio, including digital and physical marketing activities. • Act as a strategic marketing advisor to sales teams by providing data-driven recommendations that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and increase market awareness. • Plan and execute channel marketing programs in collaboration with channel partner ecosystem. • Drive demand generation campaigns through roundtables, trade shows, webinars, f2f events etc. • Manage and report MDF effectively by aligning with sales objectives and tracking return on investment (ROI) across all marketing activities. • Manage end-to-end marketing operations, including purchase orders, campaign creation, creative requests, vendor approvals, and marketing procurement processes. • Lead the planning and execution of regional& partner events, customer workshops, and industry exhibitions. • Enable sales teams and channel partners with marketing materials, messaging, and campaign support to effectively communicate the value proposition of the distributor's vendor portfolio. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; MBA is an advantage. • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within cybersecurity, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries. • Experience in Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, or Distribution Marketing. • Proven experience in building and executing regional marketing strategies that generate measurable sales pipeline and revenue. • Strong understanding of the IT channel ecosystem, including distributors, vendors and resellers. • Demonstrated success in planning and executing demand generation programs, including events, webinars, digital campaigns, email marketing, and partner marketing initiatives. • Experience managing vendor marketing funds (MDF) and co-marketing programs is highly desirable. • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams is essential. • Ability to travel up to 40%, depending on business requirements. Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing multiple technology vendors and partner ecosystems simultaneously. • Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud, and data center technologies. • Familiarity with channel incentive programs, partner enablement, and go-to-market strategies. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across sales, vendor management, operations, and executive leadership teams.
