Job purpose: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role involves overseeing UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Qatar marketing and social campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. A key aspect of this role is ensuring local relevancy, tailoring marketing strategies to align with regional consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals based on market context, business requirements and expertise and insights gained • Lead the marketing activities, providing direction, development and performance management. • Manage Social media ensuring the strategic growth and active use of platforms. • Act as a key stakeholder in ensuring a unified voice and look across the region in our campaigns and marketing assets. • Work on ideating campaign concepts that align with business and working closely with designer to create relevant assets. • Extend support on operational requirements such as writing content for an emailer, WhatsApp message etc… • Oversee brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all platforms while adapting messaging for local audiences • Manage marketing budget spend and allocate resources effectively. • Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing initiatives. • Track and report on the campaign performance from marketing metrics to business outcomes (GWP), adapting and guiding the campaign evolution to drive success. • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to drive campaigns and ensure visibility and quality of execution. • Manage a team effectively – current team will include marketing executive, social media officer and social media creative designer resource and other outsourced resources such as content writer. Operational & Technical Responsibilities: • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing. • Monitor and analyze local market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies. • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect local culture, language preferences, and consumer behaviors. • Work with the social media team on content creation, including blogs, videos, and advertising materials, with a localized approach. • Support in website updates, ensuring optimization and regional adaptability. • Track and report on marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance. • Manage partnerships initiatives to drive business impact and enhance brand exposure within target local markets. Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory marketing requirements. Requirements: Essential: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within the UAE and GCC markets. • Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign execution, and marketing analytics. • Proven ability to develop and adapt marketing strategies to local market dynamics, customer needs, and cultural preferences across the GCC. • Solid understanding of the GCC market landscape, consumer behavior, and regional business environment. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal. • Arabic language skills would be a distinct advantage.
