Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness Conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and events Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and maximize impact Manage and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure success Analyze and report on marketing metrics, including ROI, and provide recommendations for improvement Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a regional or global role Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in marketing metrics and ROI analysis
