Junior Accountant

WE’RE HIRING: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT Real Estate Company | Full-Time We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial activities related to company operations and property management, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and AML requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily accounting and financial transactions • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Prepare monthly financial reports and statements • Maintain general ledger and bank reconciliations • Monitor rental income, property expenses, and service charges • Manage property management accounting and owner statements • Coordinate budgets, invoicing, and financial forecasting • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company financial policies • Conduct AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, maintain compliance records, and support regulatory reporting requirements • Monitor financial transactions to identify and report suspicious activities in line with AML procedures • Assist with audits, VAT filings, and tax documentation • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting systems Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Proven experience for 1-2 years in accounting, preferably in real estate/property management • Knowledge of AML compliance procedures and UAE regulations • Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel • Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: • Experience in real estate accounting systems • Strong communication and reporting skills • Immediate joiners preferred Offer + Benefits: • Salary package from 3,000 AED - 4,000 AED • Employment Visa • Medical Insurance • Paid Annual Leave • Other benefits as per UAE Laws Join our team and be part of a dynamic real estate company focused on growth and excellence.
