The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in: - Meta Ads campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling - Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns - SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) - Real estate lead generation with a strong focus on lead quality and conversion potential - Audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign funnel development - Video ad ideation, concepts, hooks, and scriptwriting for high-performing campaigns - Creative design and content direction for performance marketing campaigns - Campaign tracking, analytics, reporting, and continuous optimization - Ability to consistently generate and improve the quality of highly qualified real estate buyer and investor leads Requirements: Minimum 1 year of proven digital marketing experience in the Dubai real estate industry is mandatory.
