About the Role MARE Properties is looking for motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Business Bay. Whether you specialize in Secondary Market, Off-Plan, or both, you'll have access to premium tools, marketing support, and industry-leading resources to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify new leads. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. • Conduct property viewings and client meetings. • Manage the sales process from inquiry to closing. • Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate market and current inventory. • Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM. • Attend developer launches, open houses, and company events. Requirements • Previous experience in Dubai Real Estate is preferred (Secondary, Off-Plan, or both). • Fresh candidates with strong sales experience are also encouraged to apply. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. • Professional appearance and strong customer service skills. • Valid UAE Driving Licence is an advantage. • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
