Description: As a Marketing Automation Manager and Customer Journey Manager in the crypto space, you will play a key role in optimizing user journeys across our digital asset ecosystem. You will leverage advanced marketing automation tools and data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role focuses on delivering highly personalized experiences to traders and crypto users, driving growth and loyalty in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategize and Implement Marketing Automation • Design and execute marketing automation strategies across crypto platforms (web, app, trading interfaces). • Build, launch, and optimize automated campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement). • Develop and manage campaigns using tools such as Braze, ensuring continuous optimization and performance improvement. • Manage lifecycle campaigns including KYC completion, first trade activation, deposits, and trading behavior. • Continuously optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI, engagement, and conversion rates. 2. Manage Customer Journey • Analyze and optimize the full user lifecycle—from onboarding to active trading and retention. • Develop segmented and personalized communication flows based on user behavior (trading activity, wallet usage, portfolio trends). • Enhance user experience through targeted messaging across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS). • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and consistent user journey. 3. Data Analysis and Reporting • Track and analyze campaign performance, user engagement, and lifecycle metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, churn). • Use data insights to refine targeting, messaging, and automation workflows. • Create dashboards and reports for senior management with actionable insights. 4. Collaboration and Coordination • Partner with product, growth, compliance, and trading teams to align on user experience and messaging. • Work closely with tech teams to integrate and optimize CRM, CDP, and marketing automation tools. • Support go-to-market strategies for new crypto products, features, and token launches. 5. Innovation and Compliance • Stay updated on crypto trends, Web3 innovations, and user behavior in digital asset markets. • Ensure all campaigns comply with crypto regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and regional marketing laws. • Drive experimentation (A/B testing, personalization strategies) to continuously improve performance.
