We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Key Responsibilities • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes. • Draft, proofread, and manage professional correspondence in both English and Arabic. • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Maintain confidential records, documents, and executive files with the highest level of discretion. • Coordinate with school leaders and department heads across all six branches. • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on executive decisions. • Organize executive meetings, events, and official visits. • Handle administrative tasks and provide general executive support as required. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives. • Fluency in both Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory. • Previous experience in the education or school sector is highly preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
