We are recruiting for a Finance Director based in Dubai, UAE on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable organization operating within the Food & Beverage Services and Hospitality sectors. Salary- 35,000- 40,000 AED All inclusive As part of its continued growth and business transformation journey, the organization is seeking an experienced Finance Director to provide strategic financial leadership and drive performance improvement across the business. As a senior strategic finance leader you will be responsible for driving financial performance, restoring profitability, and providing innovative restructuring solutions across a multi-business operation in the UAE. The role requires an innovative and analytical finance professional who can assess business performance, strengthen financial discipline, optimize profitability, and leverage the latest AI and technology solutions to enhance finance processes, reporting capabilities, and overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the business. • Explore, source, and deploy the latest AI and automated technologies to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and the quality of financial reporting and systems. • Analyze and restructure financial performance, including balance sheet optimization, working capital management, and financial improvement initiatives. • Deliver clear, actionable insights from P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis to support strategic decision-making. • Identify and implement cost optimization strategies, revenue enhancement opportunities, and alternative financial solutions. • Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations, including VAT, corporate tax, and other regulatory requirements. • Partner with operations, commercial, and procurement teams to embed financial discipline and improve business performance. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team. • Provide senior leadership with timely, decision-ready financial reporting and strategic recommendations. • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and key financial stakeholders. Qualifications • ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA qualified (mandatory). • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous. • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations. Experience • Minimum 8–10 years of progressive finance managerial experience, including senior finance management responsibility. • Strong background within Food Services, Food & Beverage or Hospitality sector • Proven track record of financial turnaround, restructuring, transformation, or profitability improvement initiatives. • Hands-on experience managing operational P&Ls, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and margin improvement initiatives. • Experience engaging with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies within the UAE. • UAE experience is a must.
