Head of Finance and Corporate Services

Eden Rose is currently partnering with a growing international professional services business to appoint a Head of Finance and Corporate Services in the Dubai, UAE office location. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Chairman, n this broad leadership role, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Head of Finance & Corporate Services to lead the Group's finance function and provide oversight of the wider corporate services infrastructure that supports the business. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the Group finance function. • Review team structures, responsibilities and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability and strong financial controls. • Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts across all Group entities. • Review and enhance management information, board packs and KPI reporting. • Agree key financial performance measures with the Chairman and leadership team. • Proactively manage Group cashflow and working capital. • Lead the Group budgeting and forecasting process. • Review commercial contracts to ensure profitability and appropriate margins. • Provide leadership and oversight to the Group Corporate Services function, including HR, Compliance, Marketing and Office Management. • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes across the Group. • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, insurers, tax advisers, legal advisers and other professional partners. • Review key supplier contracts and service agreements where appropriate. The Head of Finance will hold ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification with a minimum 8 years' post-qualified experience. You will have experience in a similar role in a professional services business. You will have excellent management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management experience, experience operating across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. You will have experience overseeing support functions beyond finance, including HR, compliance or operations.
