Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at Arteco Ceramics LLC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting Arteco Ceramics' product portfolio through specifying and re-specifying with architects, designers and contractors to drive sales growth. The manager will also be responsible for people management of the outdoor sales team. Qualifications • Minimum 5+ Years of Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field • Business development, sales, and marketing skills • Strong negotiation and communication abilities • Experience in the building materials or construction industry • Knowledge of porcelain ceramic tiles/slabs, mosaics, sanitary wares and roofing tiles • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills • Ability to represent Arteco Ceramics LLC in design events, exhibitions et all • Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus - • Valid UAE Driving license . Manage the outdoor sales team and participate in design events and exhibitions to represent the company.
