The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the company's market presence by developing and maintaining strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms, agents, channel partners, and other industry stakeholders. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, increasing project exposure, securing strategic partnerships, and driving sales opportunities for the company's real estate developments. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerage firms, property consultants, and independent brokers. • Identify and onboard new broker partners and channel agencies to promote the company's projects. • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships. • Promote the company's residential and commercial developments to broker networks. • Organize broker events, project launches, site visits, and training sessions to enhance product knowledge. • Ensure brokers receive timely updates on project information, pricing, availability, and promotional campaigns. • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and agency partners, providing ongoing support and resolving inquiries. • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that increase broker engagement and project visibility. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and broker feedback to identify new business opportunities. • Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and collaboration agreements in line with company policies. • Prepare regular reports on broker performance, lead generation, partnership activities, and sales pipeline. • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the company's professional network. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or broker relationship management within the UAE real estate industry. • Strong network of real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners in the UAE is highly preferred. Skills & Competencies • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills. • Strong negotiation and communication abilities. • Sales-driven with a customer-focused approach. • In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market. • Ability to develop and manage strategic partnerships. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
