Manager - Quantity Surveying – Infrastructure Location: Sharjah Job Type: Full-Time Department: Commercial / Quantity Surveying Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveying Manager to lead commercial and contractual management for multiple complex infrastructure projects across the UAE Key Responsibilities • Commercial & Contract Management: Oversee cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, variations, claims, dispute resolution, and procurement • Portfolio Oversight: Manage financial performance and risk mitigation across multiple concurrent projects • Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and junior staff • Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reports, cost/value reconciliations, and KPI tracking to senior management • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary commercial point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams • Compliance: Ensure absolute adherence to contractual obligations, company policies, and UAE regulations Qualifications & Experience • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field • Experience: 10–15+ years in commercial management, with significant exposure to UAE/GCC infrastructure projects • Contractual Expertise: Deep knowledge of standard contract forms; FIDIC experience is essential. • Capabilities: Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously, driving cost control, and executing detailed financial reporting Show more Show less
