Job Summary: Nolte, a leading manufacturer of German Kitchen & Furniture Brand is urgently in need of a Sales professional to join the Business Development Team who can actively support its partners in the region to accomplish the business objectives set, which includes sales turnover, margins, marketing & brand development. Responsibilities: • The candidate is expected to understand clients’ needs, build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues. • This role requires you to be actively involved in distributor / partners and overall sales process (Retail & Projects). • Set sales targets and define strategy to ensure targets are achieved. • The candidate will be responsible for specifying the brand to the leading developers, consultants and interior designers in the region. • To work closely with the marketing team in developing and implementing plans in line with the overall brand strategy and thereafter support marketing activities. • To conduct training to the staff of the distributor / partner. • Will be responsible for MIS on various business development activities. • Coordinates between the German / HQ factories, Middle East office and distributors / partners. • Manage the proposal development process and maintain the timelines for the proposal teams. • Develop draft proposals based on team meetings and discussions. • Maintain the Business Development database. • Willing to travel extensively in MENA, Asia, and African region. Qualifications and requirements • Graduate of Management, Design, or Architecture. • The candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Kitchens and in GCC / MENA countries, preferably having worked in a multinational company. Candidates who are in similar fields such as Furniture and Building materials shall also be considered. • Knowledge and experience in interior design, is a plus. • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & PPT) and has worked on CRM. • Proven track record in achievements and key account management. • 3-5 years of business development management experience. • Languages: English (professional), Arabic and/ or other International language. Expectations: Strategic Account Development: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with distributors and key clients, particularly in the kitchen, furniture, and building materials sectors, across the GCC and MENA regions. Proactively identify and respond to client needs, leveraging expertise to add value and drive loyalty. Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and direct involvement in both retail and project-based sales. Candidates are expected to consistently deliver on revenue goals while optimizing margins, demonstrating a results-oriented approach. Brand Advocacy & Market Penetration: Represent the Nolte brand with authenticity and enthusiasm, ensuring its visibility and preference among leading developers, consultants, and designers. Actively contribute to marketing initiatives, collaborate with the marketing team on brand positioning, and support targeted promotional activities to boost market presence. Coordination & Proposal Management: Seamlessly coordinate between the Middle East office, German HQ, and regional partners. Oversee the proposal development process from inception to submission, adhering to timelines and quality standards. Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records within the business development database. Adaptability & Regional Travel: Maintain a flexible approach, with a willingness to travel extensively across MENA, Asia, and Africa to support business development initiatives and reinforce partner relationships. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for distributor/partner staff to ensure understanding of the brand's value proposition and product specifications, fostering alignment and efficiency across all touchpoints. Data-Driven Decision Making: Maintain and utilize MIS reporting to track business development activities, assess performance, and inform strategic decisions.
