About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join Kitchen Connection in Jumeirah Beach Hotel from September 2026 onwards. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: • Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes. • Support the Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service. • Monitor food quality, portion control, and stock levels while minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency. • Supervise and support Commis Chefs and Demi Chef de Parties, providing guidance and on-the-job training. • Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. • Assist with menu execution, special events, and operational initiatives while maintaining exceptional culinary standards. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel or high-quality restaurant. • Culinary qualification from a recognized institution is preferred. • Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and quality standards. • Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations. • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
