Location: Business Bay, Dubai Industry: Real Estate Development Reports To: Project Director / Project Head Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to join our Real Estate Development team in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead architectural design and project development from concept creation through construction and handover for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role requires strong expertise in design management, consultant and contractor coordination, authority approvals, technical reviews, and ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Requirements: “The following requirements are non-negotiable and must be met to be considered for this position” • Minimum 10–12 years of UAE experience across real estate development, consultancy, and construction. • Proven ability to lead architectural concepts from inception through full project development and execution. • Experience delivering and managing high-rise developments of G+12 and above • Must hold a valid G+12/ Unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM) Approval Permit. • Must be an active member of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE. • Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals, UAE building regulations, and project coordination. Skill Requirements: • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software. • Strong understanding of construction detailing, design coordination, and project execution. • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
