The Opportunity We are seeking a senior leader to be based in Dubai to define and lead the enterprise architecture for our global data center business DAMAC Digital, aligning business strategy, technology and infrastructure into a scalable, future-ready model. What You Will Do • Own the end-to-end enterprise architecture across development, delivery and operations • Define the target-state architecture across systems, platforms, data, and infrastructure • Drive standardisation and scalability across multiple regions • Establish architecture governance, standards and design authority • Oversee integration across core platforms (ERP, CRM, DCIM, BIM, cloud, analytics) • Partner with business and technical teams to ensure architecture enables execution at scale What We are Looking For • 15+ years in enterprise architecture • Experience in data centers, infrastructure, telecoms, or hyperscale environments • Strong track record designing large-scale, multi-region architectures • Deep understanding of IT/OT integration and platform ecosystems • Ability to operate and influence at executive level Why Join This is a build-from-scratch leadership role shaping the core architecture of a rapidly scaling global platform, ensuring DAMAC Digital is built on a coherent, scalable and future-proof foundation.
