Job Purpose: The position reports to the Head of Sales of SWSS and will be in charge of: • Generating and converting prospective corporate clients • Managing enrolled corporates and their employees • Continuously contributing to the enhancement of their journey in Go Saver. Accountabilities: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by executing the sales strategy established by the management. The role focuses on business development, intermediaries and client relationship management, account servicing and supporting the achievement of the company’s growth objectives while enhancing client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : 1) Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with intermediaries, brokers and consultants operating within the Workplace Savings market to effectively promote Go Saver solution. • Develop and maintain relationships with intermediaries key stakeholders: HRs, CFOs and CEOs. • Maintain continuous engagement with intermediaries and clients to address inquiries and and strengthen long-term partnerships. 2) Sales Presentations • Prepare and deliver engaging and tailored presentations to intermediaries, prospective clients showcasing Go Saver value proposition. • Collaborate with the Head of Sales and SWSS’ partners in developing be spoke proposals, presentations and business pitches. • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings as required. 3) Business Development • Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities in line with SWSS growth objectives. • Manage the sales pipeline effectively and ensure timely progression and conversion of opportunities. 4) Client relationships management : • Deliver a high standard of service to intermediaries, participating employers and their employees. • Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries and relationship management matters. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client requests, system enhancements and service improvements are addressed in a timely manner and aligned with client needs. • Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement activities. 5) Sales Performance and Market Intelligence • Support the Head of Sales in preparing and analyzing sales performance reports and pipeline metrics. • Monitor market developments, competitor activities and industry trends and accordingly providing insights and recommendations to management and partners. • Contribute to continuous enhancement of products, services and client experience.
